What this site measures.
This page is written to be read, not to cover anyone. Last updated 26 October 2026.
Analytics
The site uses PostHog to measure page views, article reads, and form submissions. If you submit the contact form, your activity on this site is linked to the email address you give. Session recording is off everywhere.
Visitor identification
The site uses RB2B, which attempts to identify business visitors from the United States and may associate your visit with your name, work email, and company. That identification is used to understand who is reading, never to trigger automated outreach on its own. If you would rather not be identified, an ad blocker stops it.
The contact form
Form submissions go to HubSpot, where they create or update a contact record. Your answers to the two questions are stored in your own words and are read by Colin, not mined by software.
What this site does not do
No third-party advertising pixels. No session replay. No sale or sharing of your information with anyone. No tracking of the self-reported answers in analytics: they go to the CRM only.
Questions or removal
